Our festival food is freshly prepared every day and we can cater for all diets, including purely vegetarian and vegan. Any meat which we use in our cooking is sourced from small, local farms where there is high-welfare, including free-range and grass-fed, to ensure a high ethical standard and great taste as well as support for our local community.
Stefano also butchers all of his meat and makes meatballs, sausages, and all sorts by hand.
Most festival-goers are thrilled to find our freshly-prepared salads, we only use Extra Virgin Olive Oil for our dressings (as well as to cook our hot dishes) and we offer a great portion for the price. The majority of our salads are vegan but to avoid an Insalata Tricolore would be a travesty for an Italian kitchen!
